Project Based

Our Project Based model is usually chosen for projects with requirements that are either unclear or likely to change during the development process. It offers perfect transparency and accountability, which is achieved through our strict project management and reporting procedures.

On-Site Model

An On-Site Model presupposes that the service provider’s team will work at the client’s location under its direct supervision. This scenario is generally preferable in cases where the project requires continuous face-to-face communication between the client and Intetics team members.

Intetics’ Cost-Plus-Incentive contract allows for an initially negotiated fee to be adjusted later using a formula based on the relationship between total allowable costs and your total target costs. This approach offers a model for risk sharing between the client and the service provider.

Blended Model

While Intetics developers are located in one of our secure offshore development centers, some company representatives work at the client’s site. This on-site staff is responsible for analyzing the requirements for your project, creating specifications, planning, initial design and interacting with you. The offshore team rigorously adheres to the instructions of the on-site manager, who is responsible for ensuring the progress of the project.

IT Staffing Model

IT Staffing Model includes two options – Staff Augmentation and Staff Placement. In the former case Intetics provides the best resources to temporary augment technical talents per client specifications; in the case of the latter we will find a permanent solution to client’s staffing needs.
