Business Development Manager
We currently have an opening for a Business Development Manager, responsible for sales activities mostly in Germany, Benelux, and other German speaking markets. The ideal candidate for this position lives in Kharkov (Ukraine) or in Minsk (Belarus) and works as a part of our Sales Team expanding Intetics market share in the German speaking world. Your contacts will be IT managers, directors and development managers of medium to large sized IT organizations in various industries. Job Description\Main tasks:
- Generate and research new sales opportunities;
- Develop and manage assigned new and existing customer relationships;
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota;
- Analysis of client requirements, and preparation of responses to customers regarding the timing, cost, and preparation of the contract;
- Verify documents for compliance with the rules and regulations of Intetics;
- Support all stages of communication with the client before and after the contract signing, prior to the start of technical team work on the project.
We expect successful candidate to have:
- A track record of success in similar sales oriented organizations;
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role;
- Ability to understand customer requirements, and interface with the engineering team in making Techno-Commercial Proposals;
- Well organized, result oriented and customer focused work style;

- Excellent communication skills in German, and English (written and spoken).

Project Manager\Project Enabler
Our company is looking for a talented and self-directed Project Manager\Project Enabler who will launch the development of new projects and customer’s initiatives from initial analysis to full implementation. The Project Enabler will work closely with the Project Management Director, Sales Team, CTO of the company to understand the business needs and requirements of customers and drive process assessment, analysis, design, planning and implementation activities. The Project Enabler will steer the project from its early stages to exceed our customer and business expectations
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and direction for assigned projects;
- Developing new products by transforming concepts, growing new ideas, and meeting product delivery;
- Customer support and active participation in pre-sales activities;
- Team building, product integration, and result consolidation;
- Day-to-day leadership and oversight of all administrative and management related activities and efforts of the project team;
- Tracking and reporting of team hours and activities;
- Manage risk around project timelines, budget, scope, and quality;
- Ensure the project success by eliminating or mitigating project risks, obstacles and uncertainties;
- Conduct and contribute to the performance management process and activities for each of their respective team members;
- Ensure Project documentation and support information is completed to a high standard throughout the Project lifecycle;
- Explore new complex challenges, experiences, and technologies.

Qualifications required:
- Overall 7+ years of experience in software development industry, project management experience at least 5 years;
- Strong technical background (preferable in Java\.NET technology);
- High degree of competency with project management including: requirements gathering, scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies and milestones;
- Strong planning and execution skills;
- Superior analytical, problem solving and judgment skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions at all levels including customer, team and all the company;
- Experience with process redesign, process mapping and documentation;
- Experience in managing development teams from 5 developers;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
