Intetics considers professional and personal staff motivation highly important to its success. Every team member is aware of the particular goals set for them, their career opportunities and of their performance evaluations. That is why we created a special Competence Matrix; a system for evaluating employee qualifications and motivation. Since our Competence Matrix is carefully structured and documents an employee’s performance, it provides our staff with a clear vision of their future in the company and helps them understand their responsibilities and how they can achieve optimal results.
2. Ongoing Training and Education
Intetics always seeks to invest funds into the personal development and continual technical education of its staff. Only through constantly furthering our employees’ expertise and skills can we sustain our place as a market leader! Therefore, Intetics regularly holds internal workshops for Project Managers and Technical Leads, as well as training sessions for Software Testers during which new technologies and development methodologies are presented. Our employees also undergo specialized training and certification programs from Microsoft, Sun and other leading software development companies, and they actively participate in international IT seminars and conferences on an ongoing basis.
3. Focus on Team Spirit and an Active Lifestyle
Software development is, above all, a team effort. Its efficiency depends on well-established communication and an optimal micro-climate within the team. To create an atmosphere of trust, which encourages productive collaboration and an intensive exchange of ideas, Intetics regularly holds corporate events devoted exclusively to fun, active leisure and team-building such as strikeball, karting, kayaking, etc.
4. Local IT Community Development
Intetics is devoted to developing and supporting local IT communities in Belarus and Ukraine. The more developed the local market is, the more qualified pool of resources available for us to choose from! In 2008, the Belarusian Flash and Flex Developers’ User Group was established with Intetics’ developers among its founders. Intetics is proud that it has become the primary sponsor of the group and its meetings.
