Introduction

Intetics Co. (the “Company”) is a leading global sourcing company focused on establishing and operating remote dedicated teams for application development, systems integration, engineering, data processing and back office support.

Protecting consumer privacy is very important to the Company. The Company adheres to the Safe Harbor Agreement with regards to the transfer of personal data from the European Union (“EU”) to the United States of America and other countries where its development offices are located. Accordingly, Intetics follows the Safe Harbor Principles established by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”) with respect to all such data. If any conflict shall arise between this privacy policy and the Principles, the Principles shall govern. This privacy policy outlines the Company’s general policies and procedures for implementation of the Principles, including the types of information we gather, how we use it, and options we offer to the affected parties with respect to our use of and their ability to correct and edit such information. This privacy policy applies to all personal information received by the Company whether in electronic, paper or verbal format.

Definitions

“Personal Information” or “Information” means information that (1) is transferred from the EU to the Company and its development offices; (2) is recorded in any form; (3) is about, or pertains to a specific individual; and (4) can be linked to that individual.

Principles

Notice

During development and testing phases of the project the Company may possess personal information of parties, obtained from the client. The company uses this personal information for business purposes only, which have been expressly discussed with and approved by the client. Any other use of personal data is strictly prohibited without a prior written consent of the client.

At client’s request, the Company will provide detailed information on how it stores, uses and protects personal information received from the client.

Any release of data to third parties is strictly prohibited, except as provided by the contractual agreement entered into with the client, or by applicable law, which is enforced in the municipality where the development center is located.

Any personal information of third parties that is stored by the Company will be promptly and safely disposed of at client’s request or by a request from a third party directly. Choice

Any persons, whose personal information is stored by the Company, may indicate whether the Company is permitted to disclose such information to third parties, or use the information for any purpose other than that stated when the information was initially obtained. If so chosen, the persons’ intent should be stated in a clear, apparent and obvious fashion that leaves no room for doubt or ambiguity. The company obtains this information from the client, along with personal data. If personal data received from the client does not contain such information, the Company assumes that disclosure or use of personal data for any other purpose is prohibited.

Transfer

The Company will obtain permission from the client in an event it becomes necessary to share personal data with third parties. The level of protection of personal data provided by third parties shall not be lower than the level established by and required under the Safe Harbor. If this condition is met the Company shall not be liable for the misuse of personal data by the third parties, if the Company was not aware of the misuse beforehand, and if the Company immediately took action to stop the misuse, as soon as the information came to light.

In the even it becomes necessary to share data with third parties in order to comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement agencies, or if the Company has a reason to believe that personal data has been disclosed to a third party, the Company shall immediately inform the client.

Data integrity

Personal data obtained from the client by the Company is only used for the purposes and by means prescribed when the data was collected, and as outlined in the contract with the customer. To the extent necessary for those purposes, Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

Access

Due to the nature of business the company engages in, all persons whose personal data is in possession of the Company, have no direct means by which they may edit or remove their personal information. However, the company will immediately make all the necessary corrections to the data, requested either by the individual directly, or by the client on behalf of the individual.

Security

The Company shall take reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, including appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Information.

Enforcement

The Company uses a self-assessment approach to ensure compliance with this privacy policy and periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, contains comprehensive, relevant, and substantive information, is prominently displayed, completely implemented, is easily accessible, and is in conformity with the Principles. Interested parties are encouraged to raise their concerns. The Company will investigate all concerns and will attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information, in accordance with the Principles.

If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the Company has agreed to utilize a dispute resolution process using BBB EU Safe Harbor as a third party resolution provider.

Amendments

This privacy policy may be amended from time to time to reflect and conform to the requirements of the Safe Harbor. The Company will post any revised policy on its website.
